Shipping & Returns

All Sales Are Final. The Outlet Center of Florida/DBA: OfficeFurniture4Sale.com Distributes a combination of New, Used and Outlet Merchandise (Overstocks, Liquidations, Discontinued, Scratch and Dent and Customer-Returned Merchandise). The Outlet Center of Florida does not under any circumstance allow any returns or exchanges of any kind once the item in question has been paid for in full and delivered and/or shipped to the customer premise.  Used and/or Outlet merchandise is sold on an As-Is Basis whereas New Merchandise is sold with the corresponding manufacturer warranty and is guaranteed to be free of scratches and/or manufacturer defects of any kind.  Re-Delivery and/or Re-Routing fees imposed by the company and/or the 3rd party delivery company for any order once it has been shipped out will be the sole financial responsibility of the client.   In addition, any storage and/or disposal fees of orders in-transit to customer's final declared destination will be the sole financial responsibility of the client.


If purchasing outlet electronic merchandise, the customer has 48-hours from the received, pick-up or delivered date to claim any issue. If claimed within 48-hours, OfficeFurniture4Sale.com will replace the item with same or comparable unit. If same or comparable unit is not available, then company will give customer a store credit for the cost of the unit. If after 48-hours, no returns/exchanges/credits are permitted.

35% Restocking Fee on All Order Cancellations Prior to shipping or departing from The Outlet Center of Florida, Inc./Vendor's distribution Center.

   Assembly and delivery services are not refundable if those services have already been rendered.
