The Project:

The renovation of the iconic Loews Miami Beach Hotel’s Sales & Administration Back Office was a highly anticipated project many in our industry sought after.

After various design consultations with management and the staff, we presented a design proposal that maximized their space by adding additional workstations for future growth. In order to maximize the area, the layout changed from scattered filing cabinets and cubicle stations to larger and brighter cubicle systems as well as consolidated filing cabinets.

Another design challenge was the need to maintain years of client and project records accessible to the team. They had filing cabinets scattered throughout the space. We sourced Global 6-drawer high lateral filing drawers in White and lined them all together in an under-utilized hallway. Relocating and consolidating the cabinetry allowed us to open up the workstation area to allow for more space to walk and to increase the size of each workstation.

The project:

Just moving into a new office space, the SIG Systems team trusted us to furnish their conference room, communal working space, and 3 executive offices.

For the conference room we delivered and installed a beautiful 10-FT. Conference Table, a Storage Credenza, and our Signature RealBiz High-Back Chair.

For the Shared Working Space, they needed to accommodate EIGHT employees. We decided to propose the Lucid Benching System that allowed each associate ample work surface space to spread out their work while also allowing them to store their files underneath.

Finally, each executive office was equipped with the Lucid Split-Level L-Shaped Desk with integrated filing and storage.

The Project:

In our industry, we often get the request to fit the maximum amount of people in a space, Caballero Rivero was a similar instance.

The layout proposed was to accommodate 10 manager desks with 8 workstations per manager. With 2,700 sf of open layout, we created a design for 80 workstations, 10 managers with their individual filing cabinets and perfect symmetry just how the client requested.

The largest obstacle with this particular project was the delivery. Our Final Mile Team was required to carry 90 workstations, chairs and File/Storage Cabinets up two flights of stairs. We were successful in getting this done within the time frame we committed to with our client.

We have seen Restored Digital Solutions (RDS) start from the ground and work their way up into one of South Florida's premier Printer and Copier Corporations.

The latest installation for their new facility in Doral, Florida, was a great success. We designed, built, delivered and installed a NEW Herman Miller AO2 Cloned Cubicle System for their Customer Service and Sales Team. We set up the Manager's Office with an extremely modern and high-end Height-Adjustable Executive Desk.

The Project:

DFI Insurance contacted us and asked us for THREE things: 1st) Help them design a semi-private but open layout where their insurance agents and claims representatives can work in a collaborative work space and  2nd) ample work surface area for each station to allow their staff to manage the thousands of accounts and cases on a daily basis. The 3rd) and final request was to make it look great and affordable!

We quickly got to work and designed a solution that met their functional requirements, aesthetic preferences and budgetary restrictions. The project design, delivery and installation was done within 10-business days. It was a great turn-around for the client.
