RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our main goal is customer satisfaction. We hope that this never happens, but in the event that you're unhappy with one of our products, please contact us at Online@officefurniture4sale.com or call us at (305) 889-3364 we'll gladly process the claim and issue a refund for your purchase under the following conditions:
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received within 3 business days of arriving at your destination.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. This includes both, shipping to customer destination and return shipping.
For all returns a 35% restocking fee may apply. Once we receive the item(s) in question back, the item(s) will undergo an inspection to ensure all components needed to fully assemble the item have been returned as well as to ensure all components have been returned without any imperfections or damages. After the item has been inspected and certified, we'll then proceed to issue the refund. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your refund is processed.
If the item(s) you received is different from your original order, we will exchange it for the correct item(s) if you file a claim within 3 business days of the order arriving at your destination. The original item must be returned in the same condition as they were received. In this case O4FS will cover all shipping cost associated with the return of the items(s).
Final Sale items and Scratch and Dent products CANNOT be refunded once the item has been picked up from our warehouse at 1790 West 8th Avenue, Hialeah, FL. 33010. If you have requested for a Final Sale Item or Scratch and Dent item to be delivered and/or assembled, then there are no refunds for the product or the services rendered. The client Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
If , for any reason, you wish to cancel an order with special order merchandise that is not in-stock at the time of purchase, we will apply a non-negotiable 35% cancellation fee for any cancellation and/or change to a partially paid or fully paid order prior to the item shipping from the wholesaler and/or source. Once the special ordered merchandise ships from the wholesaler and/or source, then the client does not have an option to cancel or change the said order.
If you want to request a return, simply send us a email to Online@officefurniture4sale.com. Tell us the reason for the request and include pictures when appropriate, we'll provide you with further instructions within 24-hours of receipt of your email.
All refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
