When Neiman Mays Floch & Almeida moved into their new office space, the goal was clear: create a professional, efficient environment that supports both client-facing work and day-to-day legal operations. Discovery

Designed around how the firm works.

From the start, the focus was on understanding how the firm operates and how the space could best support both individual casework and team coordination. The objective was to create a cohesive office that balances privacy, efficiency, and a professional client experience.

We focused on:

  • Designing private offices that support confidential, focused work
  • Creating a welcoming reception area that supports client intake and front-desk operations
  • Developing an open area that supports team coordination and workflow
  • Furnishing a breakroom that provides a comfortable space for staff
  • Executing within a tight schedule with after-hours coordination requirements

Design & layout planning

One structured, efficient layout.

With a clear strategy in place, we translated the requirements into a structured and efficient office layout designed to maximize functionality while maintaining a refined, professional aesthetic.

Private offices were prioritized as quiet, confidential workspaces supporting attorneys in their daily casework. The open area was designed to support internal coordination and workflow efficiency while maintaining organization and clarity. The reception area was kept clean and professional, ensuring a seamless client experience from arrival. The breakroom provided staff with a simple, comfortable space to recharge throughout the workday.

What we helped design & furnish

Every space, furnished.

We provided furniture solutions for key areas throughout the new office, focusing on functionality, durability, and visual consistency. Each space was thoughtfully furnished to support its intended use while contributing to a cohesive and professional workplace environment.

  • Private Offices –  L-shaped height adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and filing solutions designed to support comfort, organization, and confidential, focused work environments.
  • Reception Area – Clean, professional furnishings that support client intake and front-desk operations while maintaining a polished and welcoming presence.
  • Open Area – Efficient workstation setups designed to support team coordination and workflow efficiency while maintaining structure and productivity.
  • Breakroom – Efficient workstation setups designed to support team coordination while maintaining structure, consistency, and productivity.

Together, these solutions create a cohesive, well-structured workspace that supports productivity while maintaining a clean, modern look throughout the office.

The installation

Installed on a tight schedule.

Like many office relocations, this project required careful coordination and precise scheduling. With a very tight moving timeline and after-hours installation requirements, every phase of the project had to be planned and executed efficiently.

Our team handled every part of the process, including:

  • Preparing and staging furniture ahead of installation
  • Coordinating deliveries around the office move schedule
  • Completing installations during after-hours timeframes
  • Customizing select furniture pieces to accommodate structural columns within private offices
  • Performing final adjustments and quality checks throughout the installation
