When Miami Regional University set out to remodel and refurnish key areas across campus, the goal was clear: create updated spaces that support learning and improve the student experience. From classrooms to the library, every area was designed to feel modern, welcoming, and built for today’s campus needs.

Discovery & Strategy
From the start, the university needed to modernize several high-use spaces while keeping campus operations running smoothly. We worked closely with their team to understand how each area functioned and what improvements would make the biggest impact.
We focused on:
- Creating classrooms that support comfort and engagement
- Refreshing the library for study and collaboration
- Designing a welcoming and efficient reception area
- Selecting durable furniture for everyday campus use
- Coordinating all work around an active academic schedule


Design & Layout Planning
With a clear strategy in place, we developed a furniture and layout plan tailored to the needs of each space while maintaining a consistent look across campus. The goal was to improve functionality, flow, and overall usability.
The classrooms were planned for efficient layouts that maximize learning space and movement. The library was designed to feel flexible and inviting, supporting both focused study and group use. In the reception area, furnishings were selected to create a polished first impression while supporting staff operations.
The result was a cohesive collection of spaces that feel updated, practical, and purpose-built for the university.

Reception Area – Professional, welcoming pieces selected to create a strong first impression while supporting front-desk efficiency and visitor flow. The finished space feels polished, organized, and inviting from the moment guests arrive.
Classrooms – Durable classroom furniture chosen for comfort, organization, and daily learning. Each classroom was furnished to promote productivity, maximize usable space, and support both students and instructors throughout the day.
Together, these solutions created a more connected, modern campus environment built to support learning, daily operations, and the university’s evolving needs.

The Installation Experience
Because classrooms remained in use, installation timing was one of the most important parts of the project. Classroom furniture had to be installed within a tight one-day window to avoid disrupting schedules.
Our team handled every step of the process, including:
- Coordinating delivery and staging in advance
- Completing installations efficiently in one day
- Making on-site adjustments where needed
- Performing final quality checks
- Ensuring rooms were ready for immediate use
The result was a smooth, organized installation completed under strict timelines.

Morgan Eilers is a Senior Project Manager at OF4S, with over six years of experience keeping projects on track and clients informed. She coordinates deliveries, manages online orders, and serves as a key link between clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure everything runs on schedule.
With a background in eCommerce, Morgan brings a sharp eye for detail and process. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen.
Jose Maria Alvarez
Field Inspector
As the Field Inspector at OF4S, Jose is responsible for quality control across all deliveries and installations. Since joining in 2024, he has overseen staging for large projects and works closely with the assembly team to review upcoming installations.
An industrial engineer by training, Jose brings structure and precision to every phase of the project. Outside of work, he enjoys the gym and preparing traditional Argentinian barbecue.
Abimael Alvarez
Warehouse Manager
Abimael Alvarez is the Warehouse Manager at OF4S, where he’s spent the past two years overseeing inventory, leading the warehouse team, and ensuring all orders are prepared accurately and efficiently for delivery.
With a background in warehouse management, Abimael brings organization and reliability to a fast-moving environment. Outside of work, he enjoys yachts and beach life.
Jeff Colquitt
Delivery Lead
Jeff is the Delivery Lead at OfficeFurniture4Sale, responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering client orders with care and efficiency. Since joining the team in 2022, he has become a reliable presence on the road and at job sites.
Known for his strong work ethic, Jeff is also passionate about gym training and competes in fitness events in his free time.
Katherine Garcia
Account Manager & Furniture Consultant
Katy is a Junior Account Manager and Furniture Consultant at OF4S. Since joining the team a year and a half ago, she has become the first point of contact for many walk-in clients, guiding them with knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm.
With a background in the restaurant and food industry, Katherine brings a strong sense of service and attention to detail. She’s also a proud vegetarian and passionate about healthy living.
