Discovery & strategy

Planned around a tight timeline.

With a tight moving schedule, careful planning and coordination were critical. We worked closely with the Swarm Transport team to:

  • Keep the installation on track despite strict timelines.
  • Coordinate with the electrician and low-voltage data team to integrate power and data seamlessly.
  • Maintain consistency across all spaces while adapting to a fast-paced rollout.
  • Anticipate challenges early to allow for quick decisions during installation.
  • This proactive approach helped streamline logistics and ensured the space was ready for immediate use.

Design & layout planning

Open plan, a professional tone.

The design focused on creating a modern, cohesive environment that balances openness with functionality. Private offices followed an open-concept approach, allowing for flow while still supporting focused work. The use of black fabric finishes added a strong, professional tone throughout the space.

Open bullpen areas were laid out for efficiency and accessibility, while conference rooms and collaborative spaces were positioned to encourage interaction without disrupting workflow.

Clear circulation paths and visual consistency were key throughout the office, ensuring every area feels connected and easy to navigate. The result is a workspace that is clean, modern, and built to support the team’s day-to-day operations.

What we helped design & furnish

Every space, one cohesive office.

We provided furniture solutions across all key workspaces to create a seamless and cohesive office:

  • Cubicle Area –  Streamlined workstations that promote collaboration and efficiency.
  • Private Offices – L-shaped height adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and filing solutions.
  • Conference Rooms – Professional environments for meetings and team discussions.
  • Reception Area– Comfortable and welcoming space that sets the tone for visitors.
  • Breakroom – Inviting area for informal gatherings and employee breaks.
  • Collaborative Zone – Designed to support teamwork, brainstorming, and flexibility.
  • Filing & Storage – Organized solutions to support operational efficiency.

Together, these solutions create a cohesive, well-structured workspace that supports productivity while maintaining a clean, modern look throughout the office.

The installation

Staged, phased, and fitted.

Like most office installations, there were several moving parts to coordinate. With a tight timeline in place, we planned the installation in phases to align with ongoing electrical and low-voltage work, allowing the project to move forward efficiently while maintaining flexibility on-site.

Our team handled every part of the process, including:

  • Preparing and staging all furniture ahead of installation
  • Following the approved layout while adapting to real-time site conditions
  • Coordinating closely with the electrician and low-voltage data team to ensure seamless integration
  • Making on-site adjustments and performing quality checks throughout the installation
