The Vision: A Light-Filled Office That Supports Focus & Flow
Coolibar, the leader in sun-protective clothing, was ready to expand their South Florida footprint. Their goal: to create a work environment that mirrored their clean, purposeful brand—bright, functional, and built for a growing team. Our task was to help them bring that vision to life by delivering a furniture plan that was smart, stylish, and ready for immediate use.

Discovery & Strategy
Coolibar’s team had a strong sense of what they needed. Our discovery sessions focused on how to best organize their teams while balancing privacy and collaboration. Particular attention was given to the bullpen-style areas, which needed to maximize seat count without creating crowding or visual clutter.
We also work with the Chief Administrative Office to design the private offices based on the executives work preferences—ensuring each layout would work for their tasks and habits, from video calls to document storage.

Conceptualization & Real-Time Layout Planning
Using CET Designer, we built real-time layouts that helped Coolibar visualize every detail before a single desk was delivered. The design emphasized clean lines, durable finishes, and ample room for circulation.
We paid close attention to:
- How each team would move and communicate across the bullpen
- Creating visual consistency across shared and private areas
- Making the most of natural light through the perimeter windows


What We Helped Design & Furnish
We provided furniture solutions for every key workspace:
- Bullpen Area – Linear benching with mobile pedestals and ergonomic task chairs
- Conference Room – Sleek table, ergonomic seating, and integrated power
- Private Offices – Minimalist desks, filing storage, and guest seating
Each space was furnished using a cohesive design palette that matched the company’s brand and created a polished, unified look throughout the office.


The Installation Experience
Our team coordinated closely with the building team to ensure a smooth, timely delivery. We followed a phased schedule for each room type, starting with the benching area and finishing with final touches in the executive and conference zones.
Every item was inspected on-site, placed according to plan, and adjusted as needed for final alignment and comfort. Thanks to detailed prep work, the installation was completed ahead of schedule and without disruption.
The Final Results
Coolibar’s South Florida office is now a high-functioning, welcoming workspace that reflects the company’s identity. Bright surfaces, smart layouts, and ergonomic comfort come together to support a team on the move.

As the Sales & Marketing Director at OF4S, where he’s spent the past seven years helping shape the company’s growth and brand direction. With a background in engineering, he brings a strategic, analytical approach to both sales and marketing initiatives. He’s passionate about building lasting client relationships and creating campaigns that connect.
Outside of work, Andres enjoys traveling and getting lost in a good book.
Morgan Eilers
Senior Project Manager
Morgan Eilers is a Senior Project Manager at OF4S, with over six years of experience keeping projects on track and clients informed. She coordinates deliveries, manages online orders, and serves as a key link between clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure everything runs on schedule.
With a background in eCommerce, Morgan brings a sharp eye for detail and process. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen.
Jose Maria Alvarez
Field Inspector
As the Field Inspector at OF4S, Jose is responsible for quality control across all deliveries and installations. Since joining in 2024, he has overseen staging for large projects and works closely with the assembly team to review upcoming installations.
An industrial engineer by training, Jose brings structure and precision to every phase of the project. Outside of work, he enjoys the gym and preparing traditional Argentinian barbecue.
Jeff Colquitt
Delivery Lead
Jeff is the Delivery Lead at OfficeFurniture4Sale, responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering client orders with care and efficiency. Since joining the team in 2022, he has become a reliable presence on the road and at job sites.
Known for his strong work ethic, Jeff is also passionate about gym training and competes in fitness events in his free time.
Katherine Garcia
Account Manager & Furniture Consultant
Katy is an Account Manager and Furniture Consultant at OF4S. Since joining the team a year and a half ago, she has led a variety of client projects, developing spaces with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
With a background in visual retail, Katherine brings a sharp eye for space planning and branded environments. She launched an fashion label in four major malls, turning empty locations into fully staffed, high-impact retail stores. Katy loves playing pickleball.
Jesus Pino
Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations at OF4S, where he’s spent over a decade managing the fast-paced logistics behind every project. From coordinating deliveries and installations to resolving onsite challenges, he keeps the entire operation running smoothly.
With a background in freight forwarding and heavy machinery, Jesus brings hands-on expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
